It is our philosophy that
locating the suitable candidate for a given position is dependent upon
a clear and complete definition of the responsibilities to be
assumed and an analysis of an organization plan showing where the
person belongs in relation to his peers, superiors and
subordinates.
We attempt to locate the best individual in the marketplace -- That person who can fulfil all
requirements of the search mandate. We know, however, that proper
selection cannot be accomplished overnight. As
professionals, we are concerned with minimizing the risk to both the applicant
and the employer and maximizing satisfaction on both
parts.
To locate the final applicant, we examine our files. query our contacts and, if
necessary, advertise. This generally provides us with a short list of
possible candidates whom we refer to the client for approval.
Our involvement with the applicant and the company does not necessarily cease with
placement. If requested, we become involved in follow-up activities
which facilitate the individual's integration into the organization and
minimize the possibility of dissatisfaction occurring.
