National Account Manager

As a National Account Manager for our client located in Mississauga, your role will be to develop a business development plan for each customer annually, and execute the components/initiatives of this plan in collaboration with the customer.

Principle Accountabilities:

Execution of Sales Strategies and Tactics, review progress and report on results (this is accomplished through working with customers remotely or traveling to see them)

Above activities required in order to achieve sales and revenue goals, and initiatives that drive results within established account base

bullet

Maximize revenues

bullet

Enhance In-store presence

bullet

Asset Management within established company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:
bullet

Post Secondary Education

bullet

3 - 5 years direct selling and account management experience

bullet

Knowledge of various customer bases (brokers and retailers) in Vitamin/ Health/ Gym/ Military/ Mass/ Food/ Drug and/or Convenience areas

bullet

Experience with Wal-Mart is an asset

bullet

Advanced product knowledge (Nutrition Sports Supplements) is an asset

bullet

Experience in operations, category management, retail merchandising, and trade marketing is also an asset

As the ideal candidate, you understand account planning processes (planning, objective setting, presentations, and administration) and have strong selling and presentation skills. You also have knowledge or experience within the Sports Supplements, Nutritional Products, and Packaged Goods.

Account Manager

Responsible for:

Business and Marketing Analyst

Our client is looking for an expert in website and business analytics with 3-5 years of experience.  This person will be a key cross functional member of the team providing accurate, insightful and actionable analysis to help drive our internet content and commerce business forward.  We are seeking someone with significant data mining experience and knowledge of methods used in applying data analysis to:

Specific Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Understanding the objectives of each business area and utilizing the database and syndicated research to proactively surface relevant analysis and opportunities to support their initiatives

Providing analysis of marketing and product campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improving response rates and ROI

Conducting research and analysis to identify consumer demographics, segments, online behaviour and customer lifetime value

bullet

Developing and maintaining standard web site analytic reports and dashboards to keep the team up-to-date with performance

bullet

Summarizing analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate recommendations for marketing and sales action

Monitoring the health of the marketing database by performing analysis to understand the quality of the customer data and help develop strategies for enhancements.  Developing or identifying new reporting tools when necessary to track performance

Providing data and analytics to evaluate new business and product opportunities

Qualifications:

3-5 years database marketing and customer analytics

bullet

experience preferably in the online marketing, direct marketing and/or advertising industries

bullet

BA/BS degree in analytical areas of study - statistics, finance, economics

bullet

Superior analytical and quantitative skills.  A solutions provider

bullet

Knowledge of methods used in applying data analysis and insight to all types of marketing and e-commerce issues in a C2B environment

bullet

Able to extract and format data, perform analysis, summarize results and translate them into actionable recommendations

bullet

Knowledgeable and experienced working with 3rd party marketing data resources including comScore Media Metrix, Hitwise, Webtrends and @Plan

bullet

Expert spreadsheet, database applications (MS Excel), presentation software (MS PowerPoint)

bullet

Experienced in performing customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and regression analysis or working with a web analytics software

bullet

Experience working collaboratively to achieve sales and marketing goals, marketing fundamentals

bullet

Detail oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and naturally curious

bullet

Strong written and oral skills
